Terms of Service
You must be at least 18 years old to commission!I respect everyone's personal informations such as emails or social media links and I expect the same from you! Please don't share personal informations in comments or on public sites.
Payment Informations
I accept payments through Paypal or Wise (bank card only for hungarians)
Payment is required after we agreed on the rough concept of the commission.
For the receipt the name and address of the commissioner is required.The hungarian Small Tax Business (KATA) system requires minimal information to be provided about the buyer/commissioner if the purchase is done digitally/online.This is for the National Tax and Customs Administration (Nemzeti Adó- és Vámhivatal) to ensure that I am as a small business owner not laundering money, getting into illegal businesses, faking/refusing to pay my taxes and of course only selling real products to real clients!
All personal informations will be kept private and only used for the receipt.
- I won't share your personal informations anywhere.
- I won't send any newsletters or such things to your address.
It's not likely that anyone will reach out to you from the hungarian tax office anytime, these informations are rather for my side to ensure I bill to real people in real places.
Payment must be paid in one, I accept no split payment.
Refund and cancellation
You have the right to cancel the commission slot at anytime until I start to work on the piece.
You have the right to cancel the commission before the full payment, after the sketch is presented. In illustration tier or higher I charge a 10% fee for the thumbnails.
Unpaid commission slots after 2 work days of no reply will be automatically deleted and replaced.
After you sent the payment and confirmed the sketch, no refund is available.
Canceling the commission on my side after the payment has been sent will result in a refund according to the stage and complexity of the work already done.
About the Concept Sketches
For most commission project I do multiple sketches, this results in many many unused sketches (as out of 3-4 sketches only 1 is purchased most of the times)I can save the remaining sketches if you want to purchase them in the future!Unused sketches will go to my sketches folder. Sometimes I choose sketches from this folder to do as YCHs, I might use them for commissions or personal projects.
If your character has extra features (like longer tail, different facial features, accessories) I will change those of course! I only "reuse" the pose itself.You are not allowed to upload the sketches/ WIP work anywhere, sharing via private messages is fine.
Where can you use the commissioned artwork?
All of my artworks are watermarked, do NOT remove the watermark in any case. In case you crop the piece for any reason, please provide credit.
The commissioner (character's rightful owner) has the permission to reupload the watermarked picture in fulHD or lower resolution. A third party can only upload the picture if given permission personally.
The commissioner has permission to use the artwork made for them publicly anywhere online (such as profile pictures, banners, covers etc) except NSFW artworks on uncensored sites.
The commissioner has permission to make physical prints of the artwork for personal use.
No artwork of mine can be resold nor used for any form of income if not stated otherwise in the description (for example linearts and bases), but it's okay to "rehome" artworks when a character is sold and the price of the artwork can be added to the value of the character.
General information
Any usage of a character the commissioner doesn't own must be approved by the character's rightful owner personally.
The progress time varies between a few days to a month, it depends on the complexity of the piece and the commissioners respond time. This is not a set deadline, unexpected technical or health issues can delay or cancel the commission, in this case I will provide information about the situation and act accordingly. (I run a single person business, in case anything happens to me which makes me unable to inform you, I am deeply sorry)
In case the piece is delayed by the commissioner by not responding and is exceeding the one month period, the piece will be put aside and will be finished when the time allows it.
I reserve the right to refuse any commission request with or without any reason.
I have the right to use commissioned artwork in my portfolio.
I do not accept complaints and change requests after the order is closed.
Commissioners must read and understand the Terms of Service. By sending payment, the commissioner agrees to the T.O.S
